SUMMER FAIR 17th JUNE 2018

YOUR SCHOOL NEEDS YOU!!

Dear Parents,

As you know the St. Attracta’s Annual Summer Fair will be taking place on Sunday 17th June 2018 in the Junior School from 12pm to 4pm. This is our main fundraising event of the year and the money raised will go towards both schools.  We really hope that you will support it to making it a FUN DAY OUT and a huge success!

Here’s what you can do to help:-

PRIZES:

We urgently need prizes for the following: Adult’s raffle / children’s raffle / wheel of fortune.

BOTTLES:

Bottles of spirits and wine for our bottle stall.

VOLUNTEERS:

We need lots of volunteers to man the stalls on the day. So, if you can give up some of your time we would really appreciate it.

PRINTER:

We will be printing raffle tickets in the coming weeks. If you are in a position to help us with printing in some way, then please contact me directly.

STORAGE FACILITIES:

In the weeks running up to the fair we will need to store donated items. Can you help with storage facilities?

GAZEBOS:

Do you have a gazebo lying around gathering dust?@! Would you be willing to loan it to us for the day?

And finally,

STALL ITEMS:

We will have the following stalls and will be looking for you to donate items that are IN AS GOOD AS NEW condition. Please do not donate anything that you would not consider buying yourself.

Books / DVDs & games / Toys / Clothes / Bric-a-Brac. We will be in touch in the coming weeks with a timetable for collection.
